Molokai Travel Guide. Beach Concierge : Molokai, the friendly island. Molokai is one of the least developed of the main Hawaiian Islands. Probably Molokai´s best known visitor attraction is Kalaupapa, site of hte ministry of Belgium missionary Father Damien de Veuster, now a National Park was once a place for exile for sufferers of leprosy. There are several small hotels in Kaunakakai and a resort in the west end, Papohaku Beach is one of the largest and most spectacular beaches in the Hawaii Islands. Molokai is a very relaxing destination, you won´t find traffic lights, neon signs or big buildings, but here you can find another attractions like Molokai Ka Hula Piko, the Island biggest cultural festival celebrating the birth of the famous Hula dance. Molokai also has the world´s highest sea clifft rising 3,000 feet above the coast line, Hawaii largest white sand beach (3 miles long) and the Hawaii longest waterfall.
